Just a couple years ago, the frozen-in-time quality of Havana seemed poised for an abrupt thaw. “Hurry up and get to Havana,” the travel pros started squawking, before it becomes another Fort Lauderdale.” As it turns out, there’s still plenty of ice left in the box.
